YES! We have designed award winning floorplans that you can view here on our website. We are able to build these plans, OR versions of these plans with your desired modifications, OR we can start with a blank slate and create your own masterpiece!

YES! We can absolutely build your choice of home on land you already own. Each piece of land brings its own unique opportunities and challenges so one of our first steps would be a site visit with you to discuss any details concerning the specific site.

NO. While we are comfortable working with your choice of architect, we also currently work with multiple qualified design firms that we are happy and confident to recommend.

Rosten Homes has built homes ranging in size from 1,200 SF to 4,000 SF and would be open to a conversation about your custom home size and requirements – if you can dream it, we are confident that we can build it.

There’s no one-size-fits-all construction schedule. Duration of construction is dependent on location, size (sf), site preparation requirements, and style of home.

Rosten Homes will build anywhere in the Greater Tulsa area. We have previously built homes in: Tulsa, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Collinsville, Jenks, Beggs, Morris, Mounds and Okmulgee.
